Allocated disabled parking is situated in the undercover car park and is conveniently located close to the lift, which has direct access to guest room levels. Wheelchair access is also available at the banquet entrance of the hotel.

Parking is free on Saturday & Sunday.

A private room for breastfeeding/expressing is available onsite at the meeting.

ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Accommodation bookings & amendments made after Friday 25 September 2026 will incur a $33 service fee.

A credit card must be provided with your booking to guarantee accommodation. Your card details will be forwarded to the accommodation venue as guarantee of the booking. It is essential all accommodation bookings/amendments/cancellations are forwarded to Taylored Images. Taylored Images do not charge your card for accommodation. Payments for accommodation is finalised on departure direct with the accommodation venue.

As per hotel terms & conditions any accommodation cancellations made after Friday 25 September 2026 will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total accommodation cancelled. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability at the best rate of the day.  A

LIABILITY/INSURANCE

Registration fees don't include insurance of any kind. Neither ACES nor Taylored Images will accept liability for damages of any nature (including financial) sustained by participants, or loss or damage to their personal property in the even of industrial disruptions or natural disasters. 

It is highly recommended you take out a suitable travel insurance policy including coverage for non refundable registration fees when you register for the meeting and book your travel. Aust
